Request Meeting Space

At AMIA 2016, there is meeting space available for working groups, committees, and members.   Meeting rooms are available by requesting space through the Meeting Request Form below.

Please note that preference will be given to Working Groups and Committees.  No meetings are scheduled during plenary sessions or during the AMIA Membership Meeting.  Unless indicated otherwise on the form, meetings are included in the online schedule for the Conference.

Meeting times are available in 60 minute slots.  Meeting rooms are set theatre style, with no audiovisual capabilities.  Typical meeting room size is up to 25-30 people.
