Scheduling Committee & Group Meetings
At AMIA 2017, there is space available for working groups, committees, and task force meetings. While many groups choose to meet informally, meeting rooms are available by requesting space below.
Meeting times are listed below. Unless indicated otherwise on this form, meetings are included in the online schedule for the Conference and are open to all attendees. Meeting rooms are set theatre style, with no audiovisual capabilities. Typical meeting room size is up 25-30 people.
Meetings are slotted on a first come/first served basis. Requests for second meetings will be slotted once all single meeting requests are scheduled. If you are requesting two meetings it is important that you note your priority in the Requests section.
